Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the PadelHub application and website ("Application"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Application.
These Terms apply to all users of the Application.

2. Description of the Service
PadelHub is a digital platform that:
- Displays available time slots in padel clubs.
- Enables padel court bookings through the Application.
- Allows users to find opponents and organize matches.
- Enables open matches, tournament participation flows, and match coordination features where available.
The Application may display sponsored or promotional content. Such content is informational or promotional and does not create a payment or sales relationship through PadelHub unless the Application clearly states otherwise.
PadelHub acts as an intermediary between users and padel clubs. Any booking agreement is made directly between you and the respective club.
Some features, providers, permissions, countries, languages, or platform capabilities may be available only in specific app versions, environments, or regions.

3. Account Registration
To use key parts of the Application, you must create a registered account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Be at least 16 years old (or have parental/legal guardian consent).
Registration may be completed using the sign-in providers made available in your version of the Application, such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In where available. During registration or onboarding, phone verification may be required depending on the flow.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Bookings and Participation
Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes valid only after you receive confirmation through the Application. PadelHub does not guarantee availability until confirmation is provided.
Contact Details
For bookings, open matches, and join requests, you may be required to provide a valid phone number. Your phone number may be shared with the selected padel club, the match or booking host, and relevant joined participants where necessary to confirm the reservation, coordinate the match, handle cancellations, or manage attendance.
Types of Matches
- Private Match: you reserve a court for yourself and invited players.
- Open Match: you create a match that other players may join through join/invite flows.
Cancellation
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the club. PadelHub is not responsible for cancellation fees or policies enforced by clubs.
Payments
- Prices are displayed in local currency configured by clubs (commonly RSD). PadelHub does not process in-app court booking payments in the current release. Unless the Application clearly states otherwise for a specific future feature, payment is made directly to the selected club or centre according to its own policy.

5. Visibility of User Information in Matches/Tournaments
When you join or create open activities, your display name, skill level, profile picture (or initials fallback), and selected contact details may be visible to relevant hosts, participants, organizers, and padel centres for coordination.
By using the Application, you consent to this visibility for the purpose of match and tournament coordination.

6. Rules of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for illegal purposes.
- Create fake accounts or fraudulent bookings/registrations.
- Automatically scrape data or interfere with the Application's operation.
- Submit spam, abusive content, or misuse the match/tournament request systems.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against, or abuse other users, clubs, staff, organizers, or PadelHub personnel.
- Upload, publish, or submit unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
- Distribute viruses, malicious code, or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to PadelHub systems or club systems.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account.

7. User Content, Reporting, and Moderation
You are responsible for content you upload, submit, publish, or share through the Application, including profile information, photos, venue content, match names/descriptions, tournament applications, reports, reviews, join requests, and other coordination content.
Where reporting, blocking, support, or moderation tools are available in the Application, you may use them to report abusive users, inappropriate content, fake activity, safety concerns, or other violations. You may also contact us at support@padel-hub-app.com.
We may review, hide, reject, remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose user content where needed to operate the service, enforce these Terms, protect users and clubs, respond to reports, comply with law, or prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.
We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, abuse booking or match systems, or attempt to bypass platform protections.

8. Intellectual Property
All content within the Application - including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics - is owned by PadelHub or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Application without prior written permission.
Content uploaded by clubs (including images, text, and news) remains the property of the respective clubs. By uploading content to the platform, clubs grant PadelHub a license to display such content to users.

9. Permissions and Notifications
Some app features require platform permissions, such as location, notifications, or photo/image selection. You can grant, deny, or later change these permissions through your device settings.
If you deny location permission, nearby and local-content features may be limited. If you deny notification permission, you may not receive booking, match, invite, reminder, or administrative push notifications outside the app. If you deny photo or camera access, upload features may be limited.

10. External Services
The Application relies on external service providers for operation, including Firebase/Google Cloud services, Google Sign-In, Apple platform services where available, Bunny CDN/Bunny Storage, Resend email delivery, app store services, analytics, diagnostics, push notifications, image moderation, and related infrastructure.
Your use of third-party sign-in providers, app stores, venue systems, links, or external websites may also be governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer
PadelHub is not responsible for:
- The quality of club services, court conditions, or club staff behavior.
- Booking cancellations made by clubs.
- Injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during matches.
- Data loss caused by technical failures outside our control.
- Content published by third parties (clubs or users).
- The behavior, reliability, or conduct of other players in open matches/tournaments.
- Sponsored, promotional, club, user, or third-party content, except where required by applicable law.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelHub shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the Application.

13. Account Deletion
If the Application version you use supports account creation, you may request account deletion through available in-app/web account management flows or through the account deletion page at https://padelhubapp-894bc.web.app/delete-account.
Following account deletion, personal data will be deleted or anonymized according to our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with or without notice in cases of serious violations of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Significant changes to these Terms will be announced within the Application and/or via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Belgrade, Serbia, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
